Cogeco is a Canadian telecom and, at the time, the “second largest hybrid fibre coaxial cable operator in Ontario, Québec and Portugal”.
Cogeco approached OgilvyOne with a challenge: we want to differentiate ourselves as the “friendlier” option than the two negatively perceived bigger telecoms. Cogeco had a renewed committed to understanding their customers’ needs and finding just the right solution for them, and had a new mission statement: Powerful connections for our customers. Genuine connections with our customers.
And they wanted a new brand platform to bring this to life.
