BUYER PERSONAS

GIANT Creative is a small creative agency in London, Ontario. To better enable the agency to acquire clients and present full-funnel needs, I introduced buyer personas. These were based on our clients’ primary and secondary target research.

The goal: help clients understand their audience so we could target the right customers with the right message on the right channels.
